Super Toast is built for a consistent experience from first draw to last. When that doesn't happen, here's what to look at.
Super Toast disposables run on full-spectrum cannabis extract and are built to perform consistently through the full volume of oil inside. Draw-activated, clean-hitting, no buttons. The device should fire every time you pull — and the oil should last as long as it's rated to.
When a Super Toast stops working with oil still visible in the chamber, that's not expected behaviour.
Battery depletion before oil depletion is the most frequent cause. The balance between oil volume and battery capacity is tight in any disposable, and occasionally the battery goes first. If your device has a charging port, try plugging it in — that may be all it needs.
Heat exposure is another common factor. Super Toast vapes, like all cannabis extract products, are sensitive to temperature. Extended exposure to heat can affect both the battery and the extract consistency, and either can cause early failure.
If the device was stored at room temperature, handled normally, not dropped or exposed to water, and still stopped working with a clearly visible amount of oil remaining — that's a defect. The product didn't do what it was built to do.
Note the lot number on the packaging before you contact us. It's the most important piece of information we need to investigate properly.
Reach out through EcoServe or the support contact on the packaging. Tell us what the device looks like, what happened, and include the lot number and proof of purchase. We'll take it from there.
